Plastic-free deodorant is the only choice we should make!

How can anyone not know that paper/cardboard containers should be the only choice? Plastic is so prevalent in all facets of our lives, so it seems that this small choice to use something that's used daily should be plastic-free. If you truly love our home, this beautiful blue marble, why not make this your choice to help? Our voices for change along with the choices we make when purchasing a product is the only way this can happen. But I have to say this deodorant works so well! it's just a simple plus/plus!

Super good deodorant that is plastic free!

I baught naught t HiBar deodorant when traveling and it is effective, good for the body and the planet and made in the US. I couldn't find d it in my town so ordered online and am grateful to use a product that works annd d does not contribute to plastic pollution! Smell nice and help the planet!

Love this natural, plastic free deodorant

I absolutely love the coconut scent and it works so well! Love how easily it goes on compared to some natural deodorants too. I'm actually including this in a favorite things party I'm going to!

  • Q: Why isn't this natural deodorant working?  

    For some people, when trying a natural deodorant for the first time there can be an initial detoxing phase while the body expels toxins as it becomes accustomed to the aluminum-free, paraben-free ingredients. Additionally, body chemistry can play a big role in whether a natural deodorant is effective. For some people, certain scents work, while others don’t. We would recommend sticking with it but trying a different fragrance. Please feel free to reach out to customer service for more information.

  • Q: Does your aluminum free deodorant contain baking soda?

    Yes, but the baking soda (sodium bicarbonate) is less than 5% of the entire formulation. We are also working hard at making a baking soda free version! Stay tuned further into 2023!

  • Q: Is ALL HiBAR packaging recyclable?

    Yes. In fact it's compostable as well. And we use plant-based inks. Our shipping materials are also either compostable, recyclable or biodegradable, including any packing tape or product protection. If it arrived in plastic, it did not come from us!

  • Q: Is HiBAR compostable?

    Our plastic free deodorant container is made from cardboard and is curbside compostable. They do compost and can be done at home, just like regular compost. But, if you are using the compost dirt to grow food, it’s probably best to use compost material like food scraps and other food grade, food by product material. You can compost our packaging to turn it back to the earth and use it as a filler somewhere.
